Those wishing to contribute their marathon stories must be Canadian.
The marathon you have run need not be in Canada.
Submissions may be in English or in French.
Stories may be sent electronically, faxed, or sent by mail.
Those who have been selected for publication will be invited to offer pictures of their marathon and should also be able to offer proof of registration and completion of the marathon.
Stories should be between 500 to 2000 words.

If editing is required, requests will be made and approved by the writer of the story before publishing. Please do a spell check before sending your stories electronically.
